In Search for Longer Lasting Beauty

Since the New Millenium, we are entering a new age in search for longer lasting beauty and youth.
We have come to the understanding that a healthy body will considerably prolong youthful appearance, minimising the needs for invasive and life risking procedures such as plastic surgery.
We are learning that our body “thinks and reacts” and what it shows outside is the reflection of what’s happening inside. After all, we know how to keep our car looking like new by washing and waxing it, running smooth and fast by changing oil regularly, cleaning filters, so should we know how to maintain our body in its best condition.

It all starts with good maintenance of one of our two most important systems: The Lymphatic system.

The Lymphatic system has two main functions: the balance of body fluid and immunity. It carries T-cells, B-cells, lymphocytes, antibodies and nutrients through the body protecting us from diseases. It is also the body’s sewage system, ridding the body of deadly toxins that are released by the cells on a continuous basis and carrying proteins and large particular matter away from the tissue spaces, neither of which can be removed by the blood stream.

As Arthur C. Guyton, Chairman and Professor Dept of Physiology and Biophysics Univ. of Mississippi School of Medicine said: ” We shall see that this removal of old, dead proteins from the intercellular space is an absolute essential function, without which we would die within 24 hours.”
It is obvious, then, that if the lymphatic system is not functioning at it’s optimum, one typically is chronically sick, fatigued, retains water, gets cellulite, poor skin tone, etc… The lymphatic system having no pump, contrary to the blood system, it is imperative to make sure that it is stimulated enough to work properly. Exercise, water absorption and healthy food should do it but not always. If the lymphatic system condition has been neglected due to erratic lifestyle, stress or diseases, it needs to be stimulated in order to improve the immune system, oxygenate the blood and skin, detoxify the body, repair tissues, improve skin appearance, help losing weight and/or reduce cellulite.

Today we are embracing the return to natural healthy ways to restore our youth, making plastic surgery the last resort with treatments such as: UltraSonic Lipolysis which means “break down of fat by ultrasound waves”, Infrared Thermogenic Lipolysis, one of the latest French technique for converting fat into energy, the equivalent of a 6 mile-run!

Why is Skin Care Important For Beauty and Health

We eat food to nourish our bodies. The same is true for our skin, yet many people do not take care of their skin in the proper manner. This is where skin care products come in. However, I am not talking about the regular, popular skin care products that are being advertised all over the place.

When you look at the label of these products, you can usually see that they contain alcohol, parabens, fragrances, mineral oils and sulfates. These are toxic chemicals that prolong the shelf-life and make the product cheaper to produce.

Why these have not yet been banned I do not know, but they have been proven to cause cancer, depression, allergic reactions, convulsions and other disruptions in your body. When you use 100% natural skin care products you will soon realize the importance for skin creams.

You see, we all age and we cannot do anything to stop that, but we can significantly slow the process down by giving our skin the nutrients it desires and craves. Examples of good ingredients are Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakamae and Active Manuka Honey.

These three have been tested and proven to be effective on human skin. They help reduce wrinkles, fine lines, aging signs, stretch marks and aging spots naturally. Cynergy TK is especially impressive because it naturally boosts your collagen and elastin levels.

Collagen and elastin are two skin proteins that practically determine how your skin looks and will look in the future. When we are young we have an abundance of collagen and elastin. Unfortunately, as we age we start to lose this abundance, which is when we start noticing wrinkles and sagging skin.

Another big factor is how much you’re in the sun. I am not saying that the sun is bad, but if you’re getting too much sun then you need skin care creams that contain antioxidants and that have the capability of healing and rejuvenating your skin.

The sun in excess can cause your body to release free radicals, which damage your skin cells and health in large quantities. An ingredient like Active Manuka Honey can counteract this very effectively.

Improving Your Beauty and Health

Good skin is very important for achieving good look and moreover, good health. However, still there are many people who do not know how to take proper care of their skin. If you are from the same group, this content will provide you some skin care secrets, which will not only help you to improve your look, but also your overall health. However, there are few things that you must consider for obtaining a beautiful and healthy skin. Some of these factors include proper diet, regular exercise, proper skin care and positive attitude etc. Moreover, practicing these skin care secrets will not cost you anything. Below listed are some of the skin care secrets that you can practice in your day-to-day life.

Before you look out for a skin care, it is quite imperative to know the type of skin you have. There are different types of skins such as oily skin, dry skin, sensitive skin, normal skin as well as combination skin. However, these secrets can help you in achieving the benefits you want no matter what type of skin you have. Moreover, with a proper practice, you will be able to achieve glowing and sensuous skin within a short span of time.

Firstly, it is quite imperative to practice a health diet for obtaining healthy and glowing skin. The food you intake plays a major role in the condition of your skin. You should also try to avoid having more chocolates, drinks or foods, which are made by using cocoa. According to the experts, cocoa is responsible for acne as well as pimples that appear in the skin. You should also avoid the consumption of fatty, fried as well as starchy foods such as biscuits, sweets, cakes, bread or jams.

You should include more fresh food products in your diet. Including more fruits as well as vegetables in your diet will increase the water intake, which is very important for marinating health skin and body. Regular exercises will also help you to maintain a healthy skin. Try to avoid using extreme make up in your face. As cosmetic contains different types of chemicals in it, they are capable of harming your skin. Moreover, if you are using make up, it is very important to clean it properly after the use. It is also important to avoid the usage of soap on dry skin as it can cause cracks and damages.

Don’t Fall Victim to Skimping on Beauty and Health

The one common factor or symptom is that families are all cutting out what they believe are the unnecessary purchases. The important thing to remember here is that what might seem like an unnecessary luxury could actually be a giant savings if it is recognized as an investment instead of a luxury. Prevention of signs of aging in your skin can be afforded, even in hard times, and will save you at least triple the cost on future remedies if left unprevented. In order to differentiate a necessary purchase from. a luxury which should be eliminated in a tight budget, let’s ask ourselves a question. Do we Need this purchase? In the case of protecting your skin from aging, we are talking about your health. Do you Need your health?

I think so, and so do millions of Americans who are continuing to invest in preventative anti aging treatments for their skin. You need your health and you need your skin, and you need them both to remain youthful, beautiful and keep you happy. With that thought in mind, the idea of investing less than a couple dollars a day to keep your skin healthy seems like a logical investment, not a luxury expenditure. Let’s examine the basic math of the equation here. For example, a highly popular anti aging serum containing Renovage (preventative against wrinkles, pores, redness, and sagging) costs only $1.10 per day to use.

The use of this product will remove the wrinkles you already have, but more importantly, prevent future, deeper wrinkles, redness and large pores. Compare that to the future treatments (when the economy could be better or worse) of possible Botox injections, facial surgery, or endless wrinkle cream trial and errors on your now deeply entrenched wrinkles. This equals thousands of dollars in savings. It is clearly a no-brainer to scrape up a little over a dollar a day to keep your skin from aging too quickly and protecting your health and happiness.I have to admit, at first, this thinking seemed odd to me. I figured, “Hey, an expense like a high-end aging serum is one of the first things I should cut in a time of conserving money.”

But after I heard about a poll online, I changed my opinion. The website I read said that 80% of people agreed that their health and beauty was important enough to invest in during hard times, and 90% agreed that financially, it was worth the sacrifice of a tiny amount like $1 a day to prevent future outpourings of cash on surgeries and costly treatments. As these dog days of the economy linger on, let’s make a promise to ourselves that although we have to conserve on spending, we do not have to sacrifice our health and beauty. Not only are we worth it, but investing a little now can save us a lot later.
